A weighted ballet barre class, using small hand weights and resistance bands. This class follows a traditional ballet class with pliƩs all the way through grand battments. Appropriate for those who have never walked into a ballet class or those who have significant technical ballet experience.
Attire: any fitness attire. Ballet shoes, socks, or sticky socks recommended.
