Barre resistance meets Pilates' gentle movements. All body types and fitness levels can find their place in this class as weights, tension, and movements are highly customizable for each person.
Attire: workout attire, barefeet.
Equipment: low weights (2-4 lbs), small yoga ball, mat, exercise band. All provided in-studio.
